Fixes Jason.EncodeError when rendering activity feed. PostgreSQL
array_agg was returning binary UUID which caused invalid UTF-8 bytes
when interpolated into 'sy-#{row.id}' string. Cast to ::text in the
fragment to ensure string representation.
