Graham McIntire c92dfff6c9 Add ErrorTracker, remove Honeybadger email notice filter ... Replace the HoneybadgerNoticeFilter that emailed raw stacktraces on every exception with ErrorTracker for self-hosted error tracking. Honeybadger itself is retained.
