feat: migrate equipment features to gettext and fix sudo mode tests
Migrates all equipment-related flash messages to gettext for internationalization:
- DeviceLive.Index: device discovery, reordering, error messages
- DeviceLive.Show: backup messages, permission errors
- DeviceLive.Form: device CRUD operations
- AlertLive.Index: alert acknowledgment messages
- SiteLive.Show: site discovery messages
- SiteLive.Form: site CRUD and SNMP/agent propagation

Fixes sudo mode test suite issues:
- Updates Accounts.sudo_mode?/2 test to check last_sudo_at instead of authenticated_at
- Adds register_and_log_in_user_with_sudo/1 helper to ConnCase
- Fixes UserAuth sudo mode tests to use session-based authentication
- Updates MyData tests to use sudo mode (now required per router config)

- Fixes grant_sudo_mode/1 DateTime truncation to seconds

All equipment module tests passing. Ready for Phase 3 (Admin Features).

refactor: simplify job architecture from Oban coordinators to direct workers
Removes unnecessary two-layer architecture (Oban Coordinator → GenServer)
in favor of direct Oban workers that perform the actual work.

Changes:
- Replace DevicePollerCoordinator + PollerWorker with DevicePollerWorker
- Replace DeviceMonitorCoordinator + DeviceMonitor with DeviceMonitorWorker
- Simplify Monitoring.Supervisor (removed Registries, DynamicSupervisors)
- Remove all Exq dependencies (workers, supervisor, mix deps)
- Convert DiscoveryWorker from Exq to Oban pattern
- Update Devices context to auto-start/stop monitoring and polling
- Update all LiveView callers to use new Oban enqueue pattern
- Fix all tests to use Oban.Job struct instead of raw IDs

Benefits:
- Simpler codebase (~850 lines removed)
- Better reliability (Oban handles retries, failures)
- Lower memory (no persistent GenServers)
- Better observability (work visible in Oban dashboard)
- Cluster-wide coordination via PostgreSQL
- Extensive PubSub usage for real-time events

Files deleted:
- lib/towerops/workers/device_monitor_coordinator.ex
- lib/towerops/workers/device_poller_coordinator.ex
- lib/towerops/snmp/poller_worker.ex
- lib/towerops/monitoring/device_monitor.ex

feat: remove organization slug from sites and devices URLs
- Created new on_mount hook :load_default_organization that automatically loads user's first organization
- Moved sites and devices routes to root path (/ sites, /devices) instead of /orgs/:org_slug

Add latency graph to site detail page
Shows ping latency for all devices in the site over the last 24 hours.
Each device is displayed as a separate line on the graph with its name
as the label.

Graph only appears if there is latency data available for at least
one device in the site.

Improve optional field labels on site form
Add greyed out '(optional)' text to Parent Site, Location, and
Description field labels for better UX. The optional indicator uses
a lighter color (text-zinc-500/400) to distinguish it from the
required field label.

Add UI forms for hierarchical SNMP configuration
Adds forms to organization, site, and equipment pages to configure SNMP
community strings with hierarchical fallback.

Changes:
- Organization settings: Add SNMP version and community fields
- Site form: Add SNMP config section with inheritance notice
- Equipment form: Update SNMP fields to show inheritance source and effective values

The UI now shows:
- Where the SNMP config is coming from (equipment, site, organization, or default)
- What the effective values are when inheriting
- Visual indicators for overrides vs inheritance

All forms use the Equipment.get_snmp_config/1 function for consistent
hierarchical resolution.

Implement hierarchical agent assignment for SNMP polling
Add three-level agent assignment hierarchy (Equipment > Site > Organization)
allowing flexible agent deployment strategies. Agents now receive only equipment
assigned to them through direct assignment or inheritance from site/organization
defaults.

Key changes:
- Add agent_token_id to Sites table with migration
- Implement get_effective_agent_token/1 for hierarchical resolution
- Add list_agent_polling_targets/1 to return polling targets per agent
- Update API config endpoint to use hierarchical polling targets
- Add agent assignment UI to equipment, site, and organization forms
- Show agent source (direct/site/org/none) in equipment form
- Add equipment count column to agent list
- Update terminology from "poll from server" to "cloud polling"

Tests:
- Add 8 comprehensive tests for list_agent_polling_targets/1
- Add end-to-end test for hierarchical config endpoint
- All 775 tests passing

Fix impersonation to show correct user data and banner
Two issues were preventing impersonation from working correctly:

1. Templates were not passing current_scope to Layouts.authenticated,
so the impersonation banner never displayed.

2. fetch_current_scope_for_user was looking up the user from the
session token, which always pointed to the superuser. This caused
the superuser to see their own organizations and equipment instead
   of the impersonated user's data.

Changes:
- Pass current_scope={@current_scope} to all Layouts.authenticated calls
- Store target_user_id in session during impersonation
- Fetch target user directly from database using target_user_id
- Update both fetch_current_scope_for_user (for controllers) and
mount_current_scope (for LiveViews) to properly handle impersonation
- Clean up target_user_id from session when impersonation ends

Now when a superuser impersonates a user, they correctly see:
- The impersonation banner at the top with exit link
- The target user's organizations and equipment
- All data scoped to the impersonated user

Add danger variant for delete buttons
Added a new 'danger' button variant to the button component for
destructive actions like deleting equipment or sites.

Changes:
- Added 'danger' variant to button component (red background/hover)
- Updated equipment delete button to use variant="danger"
- Updated site delete button to use variant="danger"
- Removed custom red color classes in favor of standardized variant

This provides consistent styling for all delete/destructive actions
across the application while maintaining proper button base styles
(padding, rounded corners, shadow, focus ring, etc).
