de455d1cf4 fix: improve bandwidth counter handling to match LibreNMS approach (#168)
- Clamp negative counter deltas to zero instead of attempting 32-bit wrap
correction (matches LibreNMS behavior — wraps are indistinguishable from
HC counter resets, so discard the ambiguous data point)
- Add rate sanity check: discard values exceeding 400 Gbps as counter anomalies
- Add 4-byte binary decoding for 32-bit SNMP counters in decode_snmp_value
- Track HC vs standard counter usage per interface stat (is_hc field)
- Add migration for is_hc column on snmp_interface_stats
- Update tests to match new clamping behavior

56643dde86 fix: use correct struct field names for Check protobuf (#141)
The Check protobuf has a `oneof config` field which generates separate
fields in the Elixir struct: :http, :tcp, :dns, :ssl. However,
check_type_config/2 was returning [config: {:http, ...}] which doesn't
match the struct definition, causing a KeyError crash in
build_and_push_check_jobs/1.

This bug was originally fixed in e0a74e2f but was accidentally
reintroduced in f703e61b when attempting to use "tagged tuple config".

Fix: Return field-specific keyword lists (e.g., [http: %HttpCheckConfig{}])
instead of [config: {:http, ...}].

Also added comprehensive test that creates all 4 check types and verifies
no KeyError crash occurs when sending check jobs to agent.

1590f78bdc fix: input validation, SSRF, API hardening, and cookie security
- LIKE wildcard injection: sanitize %, _ in search queries (devices, sites, gaiia)
- Jason.decode! → Jason.decode with error handling for untrusted input
- inspect() leak: replace with generic error messages, log details server-side
- SSRF protection: URL validator blocks private IPs, localhost, non-HTTP schemes
- SSRF validation added to HTTP monitoring executor and integration credentials
- GraphQL complexity limits: always applied, not just in prod
- GraphQL introspection: also check GET query params, not just body
- Stripe webhook: explicit nil/empty checks for signature and body
- Cookie security: secure flag for session (prod), http_only+secure for remember_me
- Honeybadger API key: read from env var with fallback
- String.to_integer → Integer.parse with fallback for URL params
- String.to_atom → whitelist map for HTTP methods
- Gaiia webhook: remove secret_len and expected signature from log
- Admin API: add rate limiting pipeline
- to_atom_keys: per-key fallback instead of all-or-nothing rescue

78aa415073 Skip Phoenix poller/monitor scheduling when SNMP disabled
JobCleanupTask was scheduling poller and monitor jobs for all SNMP-enabled
devices on every startup without checking phoenix_snmp_disabled. These jobs
would immediately bail out but still consumed queue capacity.

JobHealthCheckWorker had the same issue - recovering 'missing' monitor jobs
that would just no-op.

Both now check Client.phoenix_snmp_disabled() before scheduling.

Prevent Oban polling/monitoring job stacking per device
When the Oban queue backs up, the 60-second uniqueness window expires
and duplicate jobs stack up per device. Switch to period: :infinity so
only one poll/monitor job exists per device at any time. Add replace
option to supersede stale scheduled jobs with updated scheduled_at.
Remove :executing from unique states so self-scheduling works while
the current job runs. Set max_attempts: 1 since retrying stale polls
is pointless.

Also fix all credo --strict issues across the codebase.
