Adds tests across five files:
- Towerops.Monitoring.CheckQuery (full coverage of all composable filter
fragments via inspect+Repo.all)
- ToweropsWeb.Admin.SecurityLive.Index change_filter event for both
permanent and temporary filter values
- Towerops.Agents.AgentCache cleanup_expired handle_info path that
prunes stale device entries while preserving :global_default
- ToweropsWeb.Api.V1.AgentReleaseWebhookController happy path
(notified/skipped/version) and error path (Codeberg 503)
- ToweropsWeb.DeviceLive.Index reorder_device / reorder_site
unauthorized branches via cross-org device/site fixtures
Updates all docs, UI copy, release checker, proto go_package,
container image refs, and tests to point at
codeberg.org/towerops-agent/towerops-agent. Also deletes stray
empty package.json/package-lock.json (Phoenix uses esbuild — no
npm) and an unused test_encode_decode.exs scratch file.
## Summary
- **DB pool exhaustion**: `device_has_effective_agent?` was doing 2 DB queries per call (3-table join + global settings lookup), called 2-3x per worker cycle across hundreds of devices (~6000 unnecessary queries/minute). Added an ETS-backed `AgentCache` with 120s TTL and removed redundant calls within the same worker cycle.
- **Settings page crash**: `KeyError: key :user_agent not found` on BrowserSession — field doesn't exist, replaced with `device_type`.
- **Login history IP truncation**: Changed from side-by-side grid to stacked table layout so IP addresses aren't clipped.

silent data loss where ping results were dropped by the wrong schema

POST /api/v1/webhooks/agent-release triggers all connected agents
to self-update via their existing WebSocket channels. Authenticated
with a shared secret (AGENT_WEBHOOK_SECRET env var).

Add server-initiated restart and self-update capabilities for remote
agents. Restart broadcasts on the lifecycle PubSub topic causing the
agent to exit cleanly for Docker to restart. Self-update fetches the
latest release from GitHub, finds the matching binary for the agent's
architecture, and sends the download URL with SHA256 checksum.
- Add restart_agent/1 and update_agent/3 to Agents context
- Handle :restart_requested and :update_requested in AgentChannel
- Add superuser-only Restart and Update buttons on agent show page
- Add ReleaseChecker module for GitHub Releases API with 5-min cache
- Add arch field to AgentHeartbeat protobuf for architecture detection

Optimized the slowest tests to improve test suite performance:
1. Property-based IP validation test (6s → ~2.4s)
- Reduced max_runs from 50 to 20 iterations
- Still provides good coverage while being much faster
2. Database-heavy tests (~1s each)
- Replaced individual create_check calls with bulk Repo.insert_all
- Reduced check counts from 15 to 10 where adequate for testing
- Fixed timestamp handling (truncate to :second for Ecto)
- Fixed response_time_ms to use floats (schema requirement)
- Removed updated_at (disabled in Check schema)
- Tests affected:
* get_device_latency_by_agent/2
* get_uptime_percentage/1
* get_latency_data/2 respects limit
* AgentLatencyEvaluator tests
Expected speedup: ~40% reduction in top 10 slowest tests (12.8s → ~7.7s)
These optimizations maintain test coverage while significantly reducing
database transaction overhead.
