Show HRRR queue position on contact detail page 
When HRRR data is loading, display how many jobs are ahead
in the queue so users can estimate wait time.

To start your Phoenix server:

  • Run mix setup to install and setup dependencies
  • Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server or inside IEx with iex -S mix phx.server
