When cancel_pending_loads now succeeds (after fixing the pending_batch_tasks
KeyError), it calls Phoenix.LiveView.assign/3 which requires __changed__ in
the socket assigns. The test socket was created as a bare %Socket{} without
this internal LiveView field.
- Replace apply/2 with direct fully-qualified calls in movement_test
- Fix assert_receive timeouts < 1000ms across 8 test files
- Move nested import statements to module-level scope
- Fix tests with no assertions and add missing doctest

- Filters packets by tracked callsign and time threshold
- Sorts packets chronologically by received_at
- Pushes show_trail_line event with coordinates
- Returns socket unchanged when no packets found
